What payment methods do you accept?
Willow + Wicker accepts Credit Cards, PAYPAL and Gift Cards
Do you ship Worldwide?
Willow + Wicker would love to see their curated bohemian collection being shipped overseas, so, the answer is yes! That said, there are some countries we do not ship to simply due to customs. We only ship to the countries available upon checkout. Please note that some items are ineligible for shipping. The product's description will inform you if it is only available via Pick Up.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Willow + Wicker uses any of the following shipping carriers: UPS, DHL, Dicom, Canpar, Fedex, Canada Post, and Purolator, as they provide fully tracked and insured packages.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds.
If you receive a product that was damaged in transit or not the product you ordered, we will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion minus the original shipping cost.

The item must be returned to us within 14 business days of the date of purchase.
Our address will be provided once email is received, reviewed and approved.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges only on regular priced Items within 14 business days of purchase.
All Sales & As-Is Items are Final Sale.
Product(s) must be in original condition with all tags and packaging to be eligible for exchange. If the item is not in such condition, been used or altered, you will not be offered an exchange and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
Shipping is not included in the exchange and customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

Damaged Goods?
Willow + Wicker takes extra care when packaging your order, however, we are not responsible for any breakable items damaged during shipping. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim if your item arrived damaged during transit.
How do I return my exchanged or damaged goods?
Please email us as soon as you receive your order, at hello@willowwicker.com to start the exchange/refund process.
